SMS / Messaging Terms
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Program description
Article 21 LLC ("Article 21") builds and operates agentic scheduling systems for small businesses. As part of one such system — a trip-booking and flight-change notification service for private drivers — automated operational text messages are sent to the private drivers who use the system. Messages include booking confirmations, schedule-conflict prompts, scheduling clarifications, and flight delay or cancellation alerts, so the driver can keep their schedule accurate.
This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program. We do not send advertising or promotional text messages, and these messages are not sent to the general public.
Who receives messages, and how consent is obtained
Recipients are the private drivers who operate the system. There is no public sign-up, and providing SMS consent alone does not activate any service. A driver engages the service contractually during onboarding, at which point SMS notifications are configured as one component of that service. As part of onboarding the driver provides their own mobile number and signs a written consent form — our Operational SMS Consent Form — agreeing to receive these operational messages. Thereafter, a driver's scheduling message to the program number constitutes consent to receive operational replies related to that scheduling activity. No third-party, purchased, or client numbers are ever messaged.
Message frequency
Message frequency is recurring and varies based on the driver's ride and flight activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Article 21 does not charge for the messages themselves.
