This is the written consent form completed by a driver during onboarding to the Article 21 scheduling service. It authorizes operational, non-marketing text messages to the driver's own mobile number. There is no public sign-up — consent is obtained as part of the service agreement, and no third-party, purchased, or client numbers are ever messaged.

Service description: By providing your mobile number and signing below, you agree to receive operational, non-marketing text messages from Article 21 LLC's ride-scheduling assistant — booking confirmations, schedule-conflict prompts, scheduling clarifications, and flight delay or cancellation alerts.
Message frequency: Recurring; varies based on your ride and flight activity.
Standard rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Help & Stop: Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time.
