Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Article 21 LLC ("Article 21," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology consulting company, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the agentic workflow systems we build and operate — including the text-message (SMS) features of those systems.
Who we are
Article 21 is a technology consulting company that designs, builds, and operates agentic automation for small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. For privacy questions, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
Information we collect
Through the systems we build and operate for our clients, we may process:
- Scheduling details — pickup/drop-off locations, dates and times, passenger name(s), and (where relevant) flight numbers, submitted so the system can schedule and coordinate trips.
- Contact information — the phone number of the driver (operator) who uses the system, used to deliver operational messages.
- Message content — the text of scheduling-related messages processed by our automated scheduling assistant to detect new requests, edits, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, modify, and coordinate trips within the systems we operate.
- To detect scheduling conflicts and monitor flight status so pickups can be adjusted.
- To send operational text messages to the driver who uses the system (see our SMS Terms).
- To maintain a basic audit log for accuracy and dispute resolution.
These systems communicate only with the driver who operates them. We do not text or email the drivers' own customers or passengers from these systems — all messaging is between the system and the driver. We do not use this information for marketing or promotional messaging, and we do not send marketing text messages.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent your information. We share information only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us operate the systems, and only to the extent needed to deliver them — never for their own marketing. These include:
- Twilio — delivery of SMS messages.
- Google Cloud (including Google Calendar and Firestore) — scheduling, storage of trip records, and the audit log.
- AI model provider (Google Gemini; optionally Anthropic) — parsing scheduling messages into structured trip details.
- AeroDataBox — flight status data for delay/cancellation monitoring.
- SendGrid — processing inbound email forwarded into the scheduling workflow.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Our role as a service provider
When we build and operate systems for a business client, Article 21 acts as a service provider (processor) and handles end-user data on that client's behalf, in accordance with our agreement with the client and this policy — never for our own marketing.
Data retention
We retain scheduling records and a limited audit log only as long as needed to operate the service and meet recordkeeping needs, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls through our cloud providers, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of information we hold about you by contacting us. For SMS, message frequency is recurring and varies based on the driver's ride and flight activity, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full program details.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
